Herkules new model G550 provides paint technicians with an easy method for cleaning waterborne painting equipment with water.  

Operation:
The paint technician cleans the gun, cup and other painting equipment thoroughly with water using the flow-through brush, hands-free wash & rinse nozzles, and the air dry gun.

Disposal process:     
Once the water becomes tacky to the touch, flocculant is added for the coagulation process.  The dirty water is then filtered to separate the paint for proper disposal.   The water can be re-used or disposed of properly.  Always check your local regulations for proper disposal methods
