Automotive assembly line large rack of parts needed to be tilted and positioned for the operator to pick from the best ergonomic position.

This lift and tilt table has a large foot print to accommodate parts racks. The large foot print is achieved by placing two tilt table systems side by side and placing a common top plate over both of them. The Herkules tilt system is unique to the market place. We engineered a number of beneficial features into the double tilt table scissor lift table such as:

1. Herkules low pressure low profile air bag technology
2. High strength steel continuous hinge
3. Stop arm made with 50,000 ft-lbs yield strength steel
4. High strength steel capture wheel rollers
5. Dual dampening system that eliminates large rack bouncing

This double tilt table scissor lift table system also utilizes the Herkules low profile tilt table. This provides a lowered height of 8 inches (203 mm).
